Individual Therapy
I help clients improve thinking patterns, learn skills to better regulate your emotions, and improve habits and behaviors to support your goals. Using evidenced-based treatment, I help you “reframe” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. Even if you are brand new to therapy and learning psychological skills, I’m confident you’ll find my personalized private therapy beneficial and inspirational.
Psychological Evaluations
Using various measures of psychodiagnostic assessments, I help clients come to better understand their symptoms and ailments. I also offer recommendations and therapeutic support to help you develop resilience and work toward an improved quality of life.
Group Workshops & Trainings
I offer corporate and organization workshops, including educational and experiential trainings in Mindfulness Mediation, Stress, Trauma, and Anxiety with guided practices in yoga for stress management, meditation, breathing, and other relaxation exercises to better regulate stress arousal and manage difficult emotions.
